[DO] Annoying Phone Call Asking to Come Over

My Sim owns a restaurant. Every day, a Sim calls him asking to come over even though he is at his restaurant lot. My Sim shouldn't receive this phone call while on a restaurant lot. The frequency of the call is annoying. It daily around the same time in the afternoon.
