[DO] Sims do not stay seated at Restaurant

My sims are now also doing this, both played sims and NPCs. They used to sit last time I visited a restaurant, but now they all pick up their plates to stand next to their tables while eating. And then they put the plates down on the floor instead of on the tables. The poor waiters. 

Not just in restaurants, I already played with my sim in a cafe and I was trying to make him drink a coffee in a table seated but it didn't work, also I tried to make him play in his phone seated or do activities with his phone and he always stands up to do the actions. Another fricking bug!

I've noticed something really strange in my game when I send my sims to restaurants. After they order food, they get up from their seats and start eating while standing. To make it worse, once they finish eating, they put the plates on the floor instead of leaving them on the table. 

Would appreciate any tips or solutions. Thanks in advance!

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

I also have this issue and I dont even use mods.

Yes, I do use mods/CC in my game. I tried running the game without them, but unfortunately, the issue still occurs.

My sims will sit  and then get up and walk around, get their own coffee and bathroom. I can usually click the table and sit them back down. lately the game has been weird. I lost all city life town and can't go to any events located there
