Downloaded content‘s owned/shown own but missing

I just went to open my Sims four game this morning and all of my expansion packs game packs, downloaded content, etc. is all missing from my games like my Sims are all bald and stuff and when I open my world all my worlds that I had purchased that everything With all my downloaded content that I bought through the Sims four is missing I’ve repaired my game like three or four times I’ve un downloaded and re-downloaded all the packs. I’ve logged out of my EA account log back into it and open my Sims. and it’s still not working. I saw somewhere online that there’s a bug in the EA app for this. I put photos in overall of some of the expansion packs I’ve installed by all of them bought and owned most of the expansion packs.
