I'm experiencing this exactly right now. I have a servo with the nanny behavior module toggled on, and he will autonomously change my baby's diaper over and over if it is crying until I step in to stop it. I am playing on PC with no mods currently installed. I had MC Command Center installed at one point in this save file, but it has been removed for several months.
