My sims that had outfits in all of the available categories have had their outfits ruined by the last patch. They have duplicates of the same outfit over and over within each category and there's no way to recover their "correct" outfits. Even recovering a previous version of the save doesn't fix the issue. The outfits are completely gone. This is incredibly frustrating after taking the time to dress my sims in every available outfit slot and now they're ruined.

Seems there's a few different experiences for this so please make sure to answer the questions in the first post (and if you are using mods, test without them although already duplicated/created outfits probably won't go away.
