EA We Deserve Answers Now

For over 9 months there has been a major bug that flags our games from the gallery since your Market Place blunder, affecting all our saved lots and Sims. Re: Gallery "Content Not Installed" Warning With All Contents Owned.

It was declared long ago as verified and STILL there is no resolve or fix for it. As a result, many of us are unable to play our games altogether, as this is not just a simple "flagging" of missing packs/kits which are not actually missing, that is taking place. Whenever we attempt to continue the uses of our saved sims or lots, the items used from those various packs being flagged as "missing" begin to glitch, not function at all, or don't show up.

There has been several major patches to fix other issues, while leaving this issue unattended to. What's more is we are seeing many minor fixes taking presidence over this more serious issue.

You ask us to vote to get our voices heard. There are close to 300 players on just this one blog alone that unable to play their games and the list is growing. Are we less important to you? Because your lack of helping us is giving us this very strong indication. This is not a good way to promote your precious market place or any future games you wish to put on the market.

Are you planning to fix this or do we need to seek help elsewhere?

The amount of comments I have left about losing years worth of builds and game play is ridiculous.
I cannot believe EA isn't addressing this issue.
The game is no longer playable up to my standards.
I'm a massive builder with some pretty insane builds, and they have all just vanished.
Opened a new save after this past update to test things out, and I'm really not into it.
Will my build disappear once I leave the lot?
Or months down the road with a new update, at that point with several new builds?
I had almost every world/expansion pack, and have been playing almost daily for several years. Built on most of the empty lots, but had also rebuilt on a lot of the pre-built ones.
All of it is gone.

I can't believe an issue like this can even happen, then to see a thread from a year ago about the same thing....
The disappointment is unreal.
