[EBN] Apothecary table not recognizing ingredients

The apothecary crafting menu is all greyed out and not showing the ingredients i have the sims inventory. It varies between 0-2 when I have 20+ of each. Have tried multiple lots, multiple sims, different saves, moving the table, deleting and repurchasing, removing from inventory and putting it back, travelling to a different lot, clearing cache, repairing the game, toggled luck - essentially anything google AI suggests, I have tried, and it has not worked.

It sounds similar! So far the only issue I have found is with this item, as I don't have many other expansions - I have however already tried the clean save approach and it didn't change anything, in my case there's also no difference between purchased and foraged items.
Honestly just considering charging back the purchase (bought a few days ago) and giving up on the pack. It is literally a game, it is supposed to be fun lol.
