cannot plant anything in the community garden pots in the sprucederry neighborhood. no mods no cc windows pc.

I was going to test it, but I could not find that spot.
its right next to the park that comes with the neighborhood.
I found it. I'm able to plant in the park itself, but not in the area you took a screenshot of. The pots don't seem to be clickable.
