When I select the Apothecary table for my Sim to use, the Study Apothecary Cures interaction is missing and I can’t complete the work task for my Sim’s career. This happening on Xbox, I don’t know if it is happening elsewhere since I don’t have the pack on other platforms.

Yes, I have and it is a general issue.
It's working fine in my game so not sure what's going on for you.
Update: I’ve managed to fix the problem by replacing the Apothecary Table. Thanks for the help. ☺️

Was the study cures the only interaction that was missing ?
There is this issue: [EBN] Interrupting cures breaks Apothecary table | EA Forums - 12552504 that can happen if you travel while you create a cure but that breaks all the interactions.
Could it be the same ?
