[ECO] Excessive White Cakes (NAP Active)

I just experienced this bug last night a random celebrity NPC came in and baked a cake and hung out, she napped on my couch and even pranked one of my toilets. The command of send everyone home didn't work. My issue arouse from the Foodies Unit NAP.

When this was happening before it was being caused by the NAP Foodies United.

I have had this issue for a long time now. I think it's related to the Chef's lot trait causing Sims to want to become inspired. 

Random Sims on my home lot will just help themselves to make cake until I notice. And even worse because it's their creation I can't drag and drop into the trash, I have to Clean Up each individual cake. 

I play on PS4, have most game packs / expansions. 

Every sim that visits my house and all my roommates keep obsessively making cakes

Every time any of my sims has visitors, whether it's someone who popped in was  invited over to current lot, events like parties or a group gathering the visitor goes straight for the fridge and makes a white cakes. This can vary from one guest making many white cakes or many guests making one white cake. it is excessive the place ends up being full of unfinished trays for white cake or bowls or just many white cakes 🎂🎂. Sometimes the fridge and the stove will break. I have to place my fridge in family inventory whenever people come over in order to avoid it 🙈. If the bug cant be fixed can we at least add a feature to the fridge, similar withwhat was done for the bathroom sink... to force the other simmers to stop making an endless supply of white cake 😓. I'd say maybe a security setting similar to the computers to lock the fridge to prevent guests from cooking 🔒

This is usually related to the foodies Neighborhood Action Plan.

If you have that active, revoke it.

Sims outside of my main household who I invite to my lot for events (stay over, baby shower etc) will not stop baking cakes. Nothing else just cakes I ended up with 7 after a two day stay over.

I just want to say me too on this annoying bug. Right now I'm playing with no mods or cc. This has been going on for awhile. I usually end up with numerous cakes all over the house. I used to save them in the fridge, but now, I'm letting them rot... or I'll just throw them out right away. If I have a house party it's even worse. Every guest wants to make a white cake... arrrgghhh! I'm glad it's being investigated. Oh, before I forget, my game is up to date. I always update it once a new patch comes out.
