A few things occuring only in Evergreen Harbor, even on a brand new save file without mods installed.
- Pinecrest Apartments are completely invisible from the world map view
- Port Promise's area outline is too small for the area
- When in any neighborhood in Evergreen Harbor, the ground is glitched where you can see giant strips of blue, and things under the ground. The ground is unlevel and it looks like I'm seeing underneath the world.
The third thing is a glitch I have had for literal years with nothing resolving it, but the first two are new things I came across when trying to travel to Evergreen Harbor.
