I have noticed within my game, my sim has the option to 'steal' items but does not have the kleptomaniac trait. My sim also owns a small business through the business and hobbies pack, when the store opens, no one is buying the products as they are all stealing them including stealing any of the furniture within the shop! At first i thought it was the staff but they don't have the traits and then i noticed all the customers were stealing as well, such a shame as I was enjoying the pack up until that point.
