Enchanted by Nature Fairy Form Glitch

One of my fairy sims got this weird texture glitch once I finished in cas and entered live mode. The other fairy sim is unaffected. The texture also only appears while in fairy form, my sim is completely fine when concealing her form or in cas.

I removed my mods so the photos are mod/cc free. I tried downloading my sims from my library into a new save but nothing changed. My sim does not have custom tattoos painted wings, or the shiny skin effect. The game has been repaired and I even tried travelling in game with my sims but nothing is working. Is this one sim beyond repair?
