Some history: Enchanted by Nature wouldn't show up until I repaired the entire game. I played for awhile and upon building a house in the new neighborhood on the Fern & Frond Wading Pond lot, my sims can't use any object that is up against the walls inside. I have to move them outside or float them in the middle of the room for them to be useable. If you try to use it up against a wall, the sim selected to use it shows the can't get to the object animation and then cancels the action. This happens with anything, the bed, the apothecary table, the shower etc. I tried to do another repair to see if this might fix the problem but it bombs out on the preorder extras pack saying I don't own it. It is hard to play a house with everything having to be floating around and not neatly placed. And Im wondering what content I'm missing from the pack that isn't "owned", even though I preordered weeks ago.

I was able to fix the object problem. The Vine Vignette object places over the door, but makes the door inaccessible, so all the inside objects can't be reached. Since it is a fairy family they don't go inside except to use objects, so I didn't notice they hadn't gone in at all. The issue with unable to repair the preorder pack it now says I don't own still is ongoing.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Could you please post a picture of what you are seeing ?
