When I try to load a lot or household from this neighborhood, I get an endless loading screen. This was happening before the update (Sept 18th Patch), and is still happening after the patch.
I do not have mods or CC in the game.

Update: I tried again to load into that neighborhood and it worked. However, now I am unable to log into a neighborhood in Willow Creek!!

Are you guys using the off-the-grid lot trait ?
I'm not using off-the-grid trait in any of the neighborhoods that I'm experiencing endless loading with.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
Unfortunately I most recently got Error Code: 800
As I understand it, that means my entire save is corrupted?
Yeah. Error 800 is usually in connection with lots corrupting.
Do you have any backups you could try ?
Apologies for just disappearing from this thread. I've been really busy IRL and too tired to deal with Sims stuff. I think I have a backup of the save file, but I'm worried I will just end up with the same error again :(
That is unfortunately possible.
I do not have the Lovestruck EP, but since that same update, I have begun experiencing very long loading times. This is throughout the whole game and I did not have that problem until after that update.
Just long or endless ? Any off the grid lot challenge ?
