Endless loading when placing a tattoo from gallery

Recently come across this issue when I was editing a family in cas.

Basically if I go to the gallery and select a tattoo it opens the info page for the tattoo but goes into an endless loading cycle. I've waited about 20 minutes for it to stop but it hasn't. 

At first I thought the loading was for all the images that showcase the tattoo from different angles but the rest of the images do not load and nothing works, I'm just stuck with a green circle pulsating and no commands register.

EDIT UPDATE: This same bug occurs when I try to give a custom tattoo from the tattooing table in live mode.
