Endless loading

Ever since the hot fix 2 days ago my game is stuck on endless loading,  when I click on my household. I literally can't  get my household to load. I have done the clear cache as well  as removing saved game next to gamertag forcing a resynch.  I even un-installed and reinstalled  game. When  I tried  starting  a new game  it kicked me out when i tried to build a  new  house. I play on Xbox one so there are no mods.
