Since the latest update, I'm getting the Error Code 123:aa435624:b41848df in my game and can't travel to other locations.

Problem Description: I am experiencing a persistent issue in The Sims 4 where the game fails to load my household and instead presents the error message:
"The game failed to load. Error code: 123:5e4256b:1ee9444. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
This error occurs exclusively when attempting to load into my household. The Build/Buy mode functions correctly, and there are no issues navigating other aspects of the game.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Removed Mods/Custom Content: I moved the "Mods" folder out of the Sims 4 directory to eliminate any potential conflicts from mods or custom content. The issue persists even with a completely vanilla setup.
- Updated and Repaired Game: I have updated the game to the latest version and repaired it multiple times. Despite these efforts, the error continues to occur.
- Cleared Cache: I deleted the "localthumbcache.package" file to ensure there were no lingering cache issues. This step did not resolve the problem.
- Reset Game Files: I moved the entire "The Sims 4" folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to my desktop, allowing the game to generate a new folder. The error still appears when attempting to load the household.

- Build/Buy mode and other game functions work without issues.
