Error Code 123:aa435624b:41848df

I've been having a similar issue since the update. A lot of the error codes for me, seems to come from trying to travel to and around Britechester's community lots and Foxbury University. My Sim was living in a house in Britechester and can't attend her society events or even go to Foxbury commons without the error code popping up. Very annoying. 😒

I would me too if i could actually see the button to do it 

Problem Description: I am experiencing a persistent issue in The Sims 4 where the game fails to load my household and instead presents the error message:

"The game failed to load. Error code: 123:5e4256b:1ee9444. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

This error occurs exclusively when attempting to load into my household. The Build/Buy mode functions correctly, and there are no issues navigating other aspects of the game.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Removed Mods/Custom Content: I moved the "Mods" folder out of the Sims 4 directory to eliminate any potential conflicts from mods or custom content. The issue persists even with a completely vanilla setup.
2. Updated and Repaired Game: I have updated the game to the latest version and repaired it multiple times. Despite these efforts, the error continues to occur.
3. Cleared Cache: I deleted the "localthumbcache.package" file to ensure there were no lingering cache issues. This step did not resolve the problem.
4. Reset Game Files: I moved the entire "The Sims 4" folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to my desktop, allowing the game to generate a new folder. The error still appears when attempting to load the household.

Additional Information:

• The error prevents loading into my household specifically.
• Build/Buy mode and other game functions work without issues.

After I installed the Lovestruck pack I kept getting issues with game failing to load.  And now, after latest update game fails to save (Error code 0).

I tried a handful of possible fixes with no success. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting all saves and started from scratch.

Game still fails to save. It works for a couple of saves and then it starts happening.

After starting a new game, when I thought everything had worked itself out, my CAS was just a black screen.. Not even any icons. Are they related? Is there anyone who can help?

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I reinstalled, repaired and pretty much did everything I could. It's still stuck and the help service is out of reach. Please let me know in case of any updates.

Just had the same thing happen to me in my game; tried to take my teen sim to Thriftea, got that same error suggesting I restart. I had the triangle above the lot, it's got no CC in it. :(

This is also happening to me.  I went to Britechester for the first time in quite a while in an older game.  The whole game seemed corrupted after so I deleted it and started fresh.  Went to Britechester after a few days and it happened again. 

My sim is in high school, and asked another sim on a date after school ended. They tried to go to ThrifTea, but get this error code and a suggestion to start the game over. I have absolutely all the DLC and absolutely no mods loaded when this happens. It happens both with the new style custom dates and the old style dates.

I've been having the issue too with and without mods active. I still had the error message when I reloaded the game. The workaround I found was loading into a different household in the save I want to play, inviting the sim I want to play over, and then shift-clicking on them to go into CAS. I don't change anything and select the check mark, transferring me to the sim I want to play. Then I'm able to travel to whatever lots I want to go to. I've had to do it multiple times. Very annoying.
