Event Tasks not Showing

Heyo, so I play Sims4 on Playstation. And for the past few months whenever I am in an event(birthdays, dates, welcome wagon  ect.) the tasks wont show up. It doesnt matter if im the one who started the event or the game itself did. And even when I do the tasks that are typically part of the event/s I end up with a bronze score. Ive tried deleting the game and re-downloading it multiple times. And tryed to clear my cache but it still wont show up. Can I get some help?
