Evergreen harbor

Hi everyone, 

I Open my map and then Evergreen harbor und all Background House are lost !? What Happen Here ? No fances No Trash or garbage?  All "Decoration" lots are empty? I Miss the old evergreen harbor and the graphic  on the parking lots in the Apartments are broken.
