Everything in gold

Since the last major update everything item that is from a pack/kit re-appears as a new item as if i never opened the selected category, some of them won't clear when I open it and it stays gold colored and some do but upon closing and re opening they all come back, this is also in CAS, its not game changing but is absolutely annoying everytime you load up the game, I also tried new saves to no avail.
