Everything is messed up now since the new update

Since the new update, everytime I load The Sims 4 on my PS5, I have to clear all my DLC content info before I can enter the game. When I finally enter the game, all of the items i recently cleared as new items are gold again, and some I can't clear so they are permanently gold and says new items available. Very annoying, not sure how much longer i will be playing if it isnt resolved.
