Everything solved in last update is now broken again

In an update before the update of the 23rd of July, lots of issues were solved. Like the doubling in townies, the bulge in the bed when a sim is not in it and the teleporting out of bed or off the horse. With the new update, all these bugs are back again in my game. Is it possible to fix this again? Because it was so nice to not have that happen.
