Everytime i have my sim talk to another weither its a friendly conversation or a joke the sims always react negativily. I cant create a reltionship with any sims. They always end up in the red. Even when i cheat the relationship to all green and have the sims talk it just goes down with negative reactions. I updated the game and removed all mods and its something in the game that is causing it. Please help!!

Hi,
I have a major issue playing the sims 4 : I started a new save and tried to make friends. Unfortunately, every friendly social interaction (as small as the "get to know" interaction) will results in the deterioration of the relationship between the two sims (mine and the NPC).
I am quite desperate, the game has become clearly unplayable for me.
I removed my Electronic Arts file and repaired the game. I then launched the game without putting back my old saves/tray/etc... but nothing changed.
