Expansion Pack Not Accessible

I purchased Enchanted by Nature several weeks ago.

  • The game says that it has been purchased.
  • The EA app says that it has been installed.
  • I have tried repairing the game, uninstalling the pack, reinstalling the EA app, and clearing the cache, and have done these things several times. 

I do not have any mods. 

Yet I still do not have access to that pack in game play

    This is happening to me too with the cats and dogs pack, i have no idea how to fix it!! ive tried everything and it wont show up

    can you check in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection if it's activated ? If not, activate it.

    Can EA just fix us an update? I have packs not showing, even in the Marketplace, I tried everything like dang.

    same issue, I checked the box to activate but it doesn't give me a button to "activate". How would I do that?
