Expansion Pack Problems

Hey, so I did a bundle and save option (I do this all the time) for buying an expansion pack for TS4, and the pack I got was the LIFE AND DEATH; I also have Spa Day and Luxury Party stuff with the bundle, however; when I open my game, the world hasn't loaded and it keeps telling me that I have to restart the app in order for the world to show up. The issue I'm having is, the packs are fully downloaded and even in the EA app it says that it's ready to go but nothing is showing up in my Sims game. Nothing, not the CAS items from the Spy Day or Luxury Party, The LIFE AND DEATH world, NONE OF IT.

I've done everything I could think of, I've restarted the EA app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, I've restarted TS4 game itself, I've updated my laptop and it's still not working. Please help.
