Extension packs not working

I bought seasons and made sure it was installed. It is not showing up on my game. I already tried to use the repair trick, didn't work. Nothing shows up in Game play or Environment beyond lunar cycles and neighborhood stuff. Is there anything I'm missing or is this just a glitch? How can I fix this, or how can EA fix this?
