I’m having the issue of not being able to create a fairy in cas, like if I add a fairy sim into a household it will have wings but then if I go edit another sim and then go back to the fairy sim the wings will disappear and I will not be able to edit any fairy things like teeth ears and wings it’s very annoying. I have tried to repair the game but then it says I don’t have the pack which I do I pre ordered it ages ago and downloaded it immediately. Please help
