Family Romance Bar

Let me start by saying I have NO mods; I play a purely vanilla game. I just noticed that Lilith and Claudia have a romance bar, but they are a mother & daughter. Is there anyway to remove that bar? It's got to be a glitch & it's a glitch I do not appreciate creeping into my game.
