Family tree

I’m on ps5 and I’m doing the 26 Generation trophy challenge and I’m on number 19 and since I updated the sims, number 15 and above on the family tree has disappeared, yet the father is still there just not the mother and the picture is blank and I can’t hover over it.. i swear every time they do an update something goes wrong, I still get rain inside and sometimes depending on the task/ social event the task icon is blank. Now I’m wondering if my generation family is gone and have to start over again, which I really can’t be bothered playing sims anymore because of these bugs.
