Familytree messy order and dead Sim bug

I don’t know what’s going on since the update with the family tree. Not only do my ghost Sims sometimes get a normal Sim portrait—even after I reset their death state or killed them again—but the update also messed up the order of the family tree.
Why does Cornelia Goth’s sister have to be on the other half of the family tree?
Why are Bella Goth's parents so far away on the tree?
This is honestly very immersion-breaking for me.
When I deleted Bella’s parents and brother, the tree looked normal again. But after adding them back into the game and linking them . the issue appeared again.
The new family tree system should be optional, or they should at least give us a drag-and-drop system. I really don’t understand that decision, to be honest.
