Fire technical issue

I encountered a serious soft-lock issue during a fire event in The Sims 4.

A fire started from a microwave placed in a corner of the room. Firefighters arrived, but they were unable to reach the fire due to pathfinding issues. The fire never gets extinguished.

While the fire is active:

I cannot enter Build/Buy mode

I cannot save or exit normally

I cannot move or delete objects

Cheats such as fire.toggle off do not work

The game is completely stuck unless force-closed

Because the firefighters cannot access the object, the fire persists indefinitely and the player has no way to recover the save without losing progress.

This seems to be a soft-lock caused by:

Object placement in tight spaces

Firefighters being blocked by routing

Game restrictions during active fires

This issue makes the save unplayable and needs a failsafe (auto-extinguish, forced object removal, or UI override).
