So I have the same problem. The first house in Willow was in the neighborhood yesterday and disappeared when I loaded it. Then furniture from an apartment building was floating next to the lot and on the lot. I quit the game without saving, removed all CC and mods, and had the same problem. Then I bulldozed and was able to fix the problem by placing a new house. This family is playable again. However, I still have families in Willow and Oasis. When I tried to load them today, I got error 800 for one in Willow and for three in Oasis. When I try to load the houses in build mode, the game takes forever and nothing happens. The houses with the cross worked, but the house without the top didn't.
