My follow and follower status are still at zero. I have patiently waited for something to be done. The last answer I got from Help was there was not a fix. Does anyone know if that is still the case? This is not just a bug. It happened during a supposed improvement to the gallery that was not broken. It hasn't affected everyone. It seems to have done it to older players. I want to have the whole experience I paid for since I obtained my game before it became free for everyone.
I keep losing everyone I follow. It is driving me crazy. I too have the game since well before it was free. I have all but one add-on
Isn't that weird? It's almost like the old players do not matter now even though we were the ones that paid out to play Sims and most of us have bought all the packs. I want my game experience back. I know a few players that were in this position have had their galleries restored.
