What platform are you playing on ?

Did you try if it works the regular way ?

There's a bug report here for it not working at all: [FR] Maintenance Troubles on Residential Lot: Can't do required task | EA Forums - 11914227 so it would be good if you could test what happens if you repair regularly.

pc. i believe it works the regular way? The event timed out before i can finish repairing.

To be sure: You went back to that backup again and tested without mods but using the normal repair and it worked or is this when it timed out before you could do it ?
