[FR] Maintenance Troubles on Residential Lot: Can't do required task

I am on a normal residential lot with the lot challenge of Maintenance Troubles. The garden blight event came up and won't go away. There are no plants with blight. I can't enter build mode to turn off Maintenance Troubles. 

Please help!
