Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sims get a pop up event of the neighbor nuisance on a residential rental lot and get a moodlet for “noisy neighbors”
What happens when the bug occurs? No actual effects such as audio or visual effects show to convey any actual noise
What do you expect to see? I expect the event to make noise so the player can understand which unit the noise is from (just like City Living)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
