When an event happens as a "landlord", you go to property to fix the issue (more recently, the "electrical failure" event) and you repair or replace the broken items, but the even shows like nothing was done. It show 0/1 even though there were 2-3 items to replace/repair. This happens with other events as well. I leave the property and come back but it still happens and the items reset to their broken stage. Before the June 30th update, leaving the property and returning would sometimes fix the glitch. But my rental rating is going down because I can't fix the problem. No mods.
