Freezing while playing
Hi there,
I am experiencing serious performance issues while playing The Sims 4. The game runs very slowly and frequently freezes, which makes it difficult to play.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
