Do us a solid and stop blaming mods AFTER PEOPLE EXPLAIN THE ISSUE IS WITHOUT MODS AS WELL. Upon pressing the X on the ad, the screen blacks out for a second then comes back grayed out. You cannot click on anything. This is an EA mess.
Literally no need to go for someone who is trying to help you. Just relax - it's only a game.
