yep, happens with or without mods. I updated the game and did a repair and tested if the game runs without any mods installed and ran into this. Also happened after putting back mods. I have the standard edition.
Funny how EA doesn't seem to consider that this aggressive marketing makes at least me just less likely to buy anything. I'm not buying any DLC until this bug is fixed and the shopping cart button is removed. (I do have the newest pack but I got it free from a competition.)
