Gallery Freezing

When selecting certain lots in the gallery, it freezes and can move the cursor to different sections which highlights the comments button or the view pack items and can highlight the save to library or place lot but it doesn't let you actually click on it as if my 'A' button on the xbox controller isn't working. The only way out is to quit the game and restart. Has been doing this all week - since the latest update
