Gallery issue

Hi so ima get to the point I’m having gallery issues in the sims 4 every time I select a lot or a sim to download or heart I can’t come out of the gallery it’s like I’m stuck there unless I press my Xbox button and exit out the game what do I dk about this ? And non of my Xbox buttons will work either.
