Gallery Issues

I go into the gallery and it won't let me show my items by lot. If I click on that the screen will go blank. But I know I have items on the Gallery. I just noticed this problem today. When the empty screen happens, I have to exit out of the game and go back into it to get the Gallery to load again. I'm not sure what to do to fix this, or if I'm the only one experiencing it. I have all expansion, game, stuff packs and all the kits. My game is uptodate with the latest update. It willl sort the sims, but not the lots or rooms. I'm not sure about the tattoos because I do not have any tattoos uploaded. Any help with this would be appreciated.
