Gallery item deleted itself

I had a Sim posted publicly on my gallery that I uploaded maybe 2 weeks ago, and today I noticed she was gone. Not under the cc tag or anything. I still had her in my private gallery so I hit upload to gallery to get her back up. Came back to my private gallery a bit later and now she’s gone from there too! Luckily she’s in one of my save files so she’s not gone forever but still, this isn’t good!! I save a LOT of Sims to my gallery, who else might I have I lost?!?
I tried removing my mods folder (this particular Sim had zero cc though) and repairing the game but she hasn’t come back to my gallery. 
Update: I can see the Sim on the web version of the gallery through searching up my gallery ID, but I still can’t see her in my games gallery itself
