gallery multiple sims/builds

I have started a fresh game I delete the sims 4 folder in documents I opened the game closed it repaired it and I only have 3 mods in game more cas columns mod guard and dark loading screens that's it.

it only happens when I check the box for custom content.

Plus, I have updated my sims game and then I did all of those things I said.
