Gallery not working properly.

So these are two issues with the gallery. 

#1. The first issue with the gallery has been present since the burglar update. Some simmers are unable to upload their lots to the gallery. I’ve tried everything I could think of, selling everything made by sims, making a copy, etc etc, but no matter what I do, the lot is just unable to be uploaded into the gallery. This has been present across all my save files. I am on console, so I’m unable to edit the actual game files to see if there is an issue there.

#2. This issue is recent and I came across it two days ago. The gallery does not show the “popular” filter or does not show what is searched for, it will only constantly refresh the “new” tab.  I tried to look for “The Old Foundry” build from the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack and it did not show me “The Old Foundry”, instead what it showed me was again, the new tab. On top of that I am unable to look through accounts by clicking on them. If I click on an account it’ll tell me that the account hasn’t shared anything to the gallery and when I click on “view catalog” it will not show anything. I’ve tried this on the official Maxis account and it did not work.

i am unable to add files, as they are considered too large.
