Gallery Photo Backups Turned Black

Hi, wish I wasn't having to make this report but there doesn't seem to be any thread talking specifically about this one. Last night I was playing in my forever save and I went to place down a room in build buy mode that I had previously saved to my library, normally all the photos inside would be perfectly fine which is why its been a recommended backup method for photos, not today they weren't. Random photos had gone completely black. By random I mean that the photos affected included: photos taken by living household members child to elder, newly deceased family members, gifted photos from other households, photobooth photos, and cherished memories date photos. Not all were effected, but most were. If even saving the room to our gallery no longer works 100% of the time, what am I supposed to do???
