Gallery Results Not Showing

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the gallery today/tonight?

same issue since a while

Having the same problem, it was fine a few hours ago and now keeps saying ‘No Results Found’, and it’s not a WiFi problem, it’s running absolutely fine. 

yeah it was working and now it stopped, i can imagine EA is either getting their crap hacked or a server is acting like an escaped mental patient running around like some anime going nuts.

I was worried it was my mods but I knew something was up when it still wasn’t working when I removed all of my mods

okay so i thought it was just me, ig its a gallery problem instead of my own game bugging.

Ditto, same issue here and I'd just sat down after a stressful day ready to move my gallery sims I'd made this week into my new save. 😅 I've even ran a speed test on my WiFi & everything is fine. It's on EA's side.

Oh I thought it was just me. I’ve been troubleshooting for almost an hour now and nothing works. Must be an EA issue.

Same I've tried moving my mods into a back up folder, repairing game, WiFi speed test etc... At least we know we're not alone!

Same! I've repaired, restarted, deleted, etc, glad to know it's not just me!

I've been working on sims for my gallery all week, only to spend the last two hours unable to load my gallery contents! I've tried removing my mods, which are definitely all up to date anyway, tried restarting a few times, did WiFi speed test and everything is fine, just not the gallery. 🫠 Help!? Any get around for this? As I have been waiting all day to get chance to play and now I'm unable to do what I wanted?

I have over 50 sims in my gallery.

there is a subject about this as is. 
its happening to us all.
lets use the sims resources until then :)

I don't use sims resources & there's no problem with just scrolling past my post if it bothers you, respectfully.

Come ON. Again??? What is going on with them. There have never been this many bugs this often

So glad it’s not just me as I’ve been going crazy tonight thinking it was a mod! 

i said nothing in anyway, shape, or form to suggest something negative or disregarding.
i am simply pointing out that you are not the only one. 
that way you can join and see what others are going thru as well instead of making another to where it has already been addressed.

I thought it was just me thankyou for telling about it its terrible I was just on it half an hour ago then it said no results then nothing.

whats messed up is that EA doesnt have a customer support team to make a report to.
at least Ubisoft has that option and they are in same as EA........well.....not really because that have customer service by a real human.
