Having the same problem, it was fine a few hours ago and now keeps saying ‘No Results Found’, and it’s not a WiFi problem, it’s running absolutely fine.

yeah it was working and now it stopped, i can imagine EA is either getting their crap hacked or a server is acting like an escaped mental patient running around like some anime going nuts.

Ditto, same issue here and I'd just sat down after a stressful day ready to move my gallery sims I'd made this week into my new save. 😅 I've even ran a speed test on my WiFi & everything is fine. It's on EA's side.

Same I've tried moving my mods into a back up folder, repairing game, WiFi speed test etc... At least we know we're not alone!

I've been working on sims for my gallery all week, only to spend the last two hours unable to load my gallery contents! I've tried removing my mods, which are definitely all up to date anyway, tried restarting a few times, did WiFi speed test and everything is fine, just not the gallery. 🫠 Help!? Any get around for this? As I have been waiting all day to get chance to play and now I'm unable to do what I wanted?
I have over 50 sims in my gallery.

i said nothing in anyway, shape, or form to suggest something negative or disregarding.
i am simply pointing out that you are not the only one.

whats messed up is that EA doesnt have a customer support team to make a report to.
